Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for eligible returns within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. Customers will receive a full refund for approved returns.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items

We do not designate any products as final sale. All eligible products may be returned within the 14-day return period.
